  • Students need to be above the age of 17 years and 6 months to start their lessons for LMV. The license will be issued only upon the completion of 18 years of age.
  • Student must be an Emirati national or possessing a valid residency visa from the UAE.
  • RTA approved eye test centres
  • Excellence Driving Centre also provides the facility of doing this at our branch.
  • A manual license holder can drive both gear vehicles, automatic and manual. However, an automatic license holder is permitted to drive an automatic gear vehicle only.

    i. Valid license from home country existing between 2 – 5 years = 30 class course**

    ii. Valid license from home country older than 5 years = 20 class course**

    iii. Valid license from any GCC country = Appear directly for the RTA tests

    • **If you are student holding a license from another country eligible for reduced classes to acquire a UAE license, you must attend a Pre-Evaluation Test examined by us. You can book this through our call centre or by visiting us.
    • If you are a citizen of the listed countries, holding a valid drivers’ license, you are exempted from taking any classes or tests.
    • You may get your home country license converted to a Dubai driving license.

    • Yes, provided the submission of the following documents from your end, in addition to the regular requirements while opening a file with us:
    • Trade license copy of the Dubai office as well as of visa holding Emirate.
    • Letter from the company stating that you are presently working in Dubai office/ branch.
    Yes, you can. Apply for a NOC at your current driving school, and bring it to us.

    Lectures are currently held at the EDC premises.
    The commencement of the lecture and training period is subject to waiting period.
